I found in one of the books recently, such a sentence – „Problems are like waves ….. they never end”.
I thought about it a bit. And now you can approach it in two ways:
Option 1 – Someone, hearing this sentence, becomes more depressed and sees rather nonsense in the face of such never-ending problems.
Option 2 – someone, thanks to these words, understands the nature of the problems better and it helps him Realizing that this „waviness” is real – he does not complain about fate. This is the nature of the problems. You solve one – the second comes, then the third ….. and so on, ….. as long as we live.
In addition, you can realize that we are not the only one in this. Other people are also affected by this. Sometimes waves will be small and gentle, sometimes large and strong. It may also happen that the sea is calm, but you should be aware that this is extremely rare and expect it to be – it’s rather fun. Anyway, even then there are minimal wavelets. Human happiness does not depend on it.
You have to learn to solve problems and not wait. That habbit is important.
You have to approach them slowly, but wisely – saving your strength for whole life. First one problem (wave), then another (wave), then third (wave). Avoid dealing with multiple problems at once. It is more tiring and distracting. Sometimes there’s no other option, that’s true. However, as much as possible – you need to focus on one wave at a time. Solve this problem without downtime, because very soon will come another wave (problem). One has to understand well the one wave that has just come. Concentrate exactly on solving on that one, which come.
And not to complain that here comes another one.
The ability to solve these problems also gives us a sense of strength and self-confidence.

Innych ludzi też to dotyczy. Czasem jedne fale będą małe i łagodne, a czasem duże i silne.
To bardziej męczy i dekoncentruje.
Umiejętność rozwiązywania tych problemów – daje nam też poczucie siły i wiary w siebie.
