Animals are sometimes more empathetic than humans … unfortunately.
I recently saw a movie about Mahatma Gandhi. There is a scene where horses refuse to trample people and refuse to obey the policemen who drive them.
The policemen beat them, but the horses, even at the cost of pain, do not want to run over the lying people.
And people … so often have no doubts.

Zwierzęta są czasem mądrzejsze niż ludzie…. niestety.
Widziałem ostatnio film o Mahatmie Gandhim. Jest tam scena, w której konie nie chcą tratować ludzi i odmawiają posłuszeństwa policjantom, którzy nimi powodzą.
Policjanci biją je, ale konie nawet za cenę bólu – nie chcą przelecieć po leżących ludziach.
A ludzie…. tak często nie mają najmniejszych wątpliwości.
